I don't know what it is about this site but it inspires me to write little ditties like the one I wrote a few years back when great Gulf took over from Bazis. Here's another one sung to the tune of Glory, Glory Hallelujah.

Mine eyes have seen the glory of the raising of the crane,
it's been a long time coming, this should take away the pain,
three score and fifteen floors will rise at this place they call 1 Bloor
and -we -won't -have -a -pit -no -more.
Glory, Glory Hallelujah, Glory ........

Thanks for the updates androiduk and waterscapes-guy. Although the cranes going up calmed me down, it is still quite the relief to see some building as opposed to digging.
