They have started to cover the frame. (BTW, the City bought (not rented) the frame/structure and they intend to use it elsewhere once the temporary need is over.) On the greenhouse idea: apart from many other questions/problems a frame suitable for a vinyl cover is not going to be suitable for glass.

That looks pretty cool. Sporting a funky aerodrome vibe. Not too shabby for a temp structure. Be nice if that tarp material had a cool supergraphic across it.

Where is the entrance going to be? Looks like nothing on either Jarvis or Esplanade - the major streets! I would have thought that there would have been more than one doorway and certainly not at what seems to be the back.
There's one on Market Street where the loading area is. There is an opening on Wilton but it wasn't clear to me yesterday if its just for the workers constructing the building.
