It is a heritage building and it is being incorporated into the podium of the new building.

I unfortunately couldn't see what, but it was in the direction of the foundation of the old Stollery's.

the subway tunnel runs north of bloor. The Cumberland Terrace building is on top of the tunnel.

The TTC Yonge Line subway tunnel is nowhere near this site - it's underneath 2 Bloor West.
