chic shing... We purchased on the 18 floor ( Neutra ) and after all was said and done we spent $36,000 on upgrades...So bring your check book because the standard selections are not that great...And don't forget to ask for the smooth ceiling (an upgrade) it will cost you a lot more to have...

Gaps If you look closely. There are minor gaps between every strip that protrudes out between each window & floor. I assume that this is difficult to cover due to the fact that they are unable to work on the exterior of the building at this time. And will cap later. Have I just answered my own...

While I was visiting the original sales center back a year & several months ago , I remember the window frames & Balcony materials were not completley black in color like the TD Center. More like a dark blueish grey. I'm sure there is a name for this color but i'm not sure what is is- Or if...
