Is your building going through some serious maintenance? Are there new members of the board of directors? Two fee increases in a year is something to worry about!
I've been asking the same thing. With such a huge amount of tickets unsold, no media pick up, and the fact that there will be a lot of road closures all summer, I just don't see the point in carrying these games out.
Buying a condo with parking is only a necessity to you if you own a vehicle. If you don't need it, then don't buy it. Although having a parking spot will be fantastic if you choose to sell the unit in the future. Has a lot of resale value.

That sounds awful, but you're completely right. Tenants don't have much power when it comes to rent increase. I used to have fantastic tenants, and I ended up not increasing their rent because I didn't want to lose them. So it all really depends on the kind of landlord you have.
The storage space seems like a waste in my opinion, it could of been created at least into a walk in closet. The pillar in the den is going to take a lot of space, especially for a dining set. It's still under construction so I really hope for your sake they change the layout a little bit to...
