They clearly have both sides of the main floor and then it appears that they also have the 2nd floor (left-side only). Sothebey's has the right hand side since the awnings on the right have Sothebey's on them, whereas the left they have Suitsupply. From what I could see the space is very bright and modern looking.

Any word if 84 Yorkville Ave will be demolished? Hopefully they can rebuilt it. It would be shame to lose another low rise building in Yorkville.

The Shoppers Drug Mart at Yonge & Charles will be expanding. I was told they were going to add a full or partial 2nd floor. I'm guessing it's to add more groceries.

The two-floor drug store is becoming quite common in Toronto. Many of the new Rexall's are also two floors (Church & Wellesley, Spadina/College, etc.)

The two-floor drug store is becoming quite common in Toronto. Many of the new Rexall's are also two floors (Church & Wellesley, Spadina/College, etc.)

The new Rexall in Downtown London (Dundas/Richmond) is the same format.

Great news! More choice for men. Before someone says that Holts already has menswear on Bloor... I know this... I go often. But I will gladly take more space devoted to menswear.

17,000 sq ft doesn't sound like a lot of space.

i.e. Hudson's Bay menswear floor in Vancouver is 75,000 sq ft.
