There's been no announcement regarding this site and that a flagship retail use is moving in....CBRE has had the listing for several months now and little to no action has taken place. We need to be patient I guess.

At one time, there was a Caban in the lower level of the Club Monaco. But, yes, the whole space would have made a great Caban store.
