With Cathay leaving the Cargo scene in YYC. Will this open up too see a larger variety of Cargo operations coming here? It’s the second time ina month we’ve had Korean

How much outsized though? I'd rather have cargo helping to keep PEK and NRT viable and maybe encourage PVG?

We only see Korean and others like Atlas though because of the live horse transport to Japan. Apparently cargo demand to/from Asia is down a lot, so don't look to see anyone else come in to fill the Cathay gap. With AC to NRT and Hainan to PEK there is probably some decent underbelly cargo space right now from YYC to Asia.

Apparently AC is showing no YYC-NRT for the winter season, so who knows exactly what may happen with that route in the near future.

That's good news, for bad news British Airways appears to have suspended LHR-YYC from late October to March. Not even 100% if it will return after that.

That sucks. I love seeing that Dreamliner coming and going routinely.

Yeah, I'm happy to see Frontier adding more destinations. While I like Westjet, being a local company and all, I sometimes worry that YYC will end up being like ATL, where it's almost all Delta flights, and not many other carriers.
