(I don't know any more than the plans are supposed to be completed this fall with a show suite set up in the spring and construction set to begin some time next year -- probably late summer)

Haven't been by in some time but they have had some Aldritt signs up for a long time. Not sure if you are referring to new signs or old ones.

I haven't heard anything in some time on this one...

Here's the update... Project is moving ahead -- Alldritt is working on zoning amendments -- construction start planned for the summer of 2021.
