Rents are a huge factor too ... they're generally a lot less out of the core ... if rents were all equal you'd probably be right to a certain degree but as others have said 'loft' like office space is extremely attractive

Erection of the masts that support the atrium glass should commence in the next week or so, and the office building should be topped off by the end of the month.

Fantastic building (and great shots).

Hopefully a real bar-raiser than will inspire many similar projects throughout the city.
 
scamander24's last shot reminds me of how badly I think the east side of Peter needs a face life. It looks pretty grim down there in some places still.
 
Are they still planning on fixing up the Gap store? Is it a part of some "phase 2" that hasn't started yet?
