Wow... this is going to be one crazy popular thread..... they have just starting digging and we're already up to 94 pages of pics and thoughts. Imagine how many pages their will be by the time its done.... think it will set the record for this site?....what is the record for most pages for a building?

I doubt it. The high page count isn't related to the interest in this particular iteration project so much as the fact that it went through a few different designs before finally being approved, each of which created activity in the thread.

May be Aura with 659 pages which is hard to beat I guess...But Ten York might be a better looking building with a super prime location...hopefully much better quality than 300 front st.

The Mirvish+Gehry thread will easily smoke this one, if not all of them. It's already at page 243, even though construction won't start for a long time. Aura is quite popular however the building is almost finished. One Bloor is at page 313, however it doesn't involve 3 towers (and all the excitement and controversy that comes with it).

I think the Rob Ford's Toronto thread has the highest count. Or possibly the Metropolis thread. I remember that one having a high post count and the project felt like it took about 10 years.

OT but FYI, top 10 threads by postings in P&C (note - some threads may predate vBulletin times and therefore not represented):

The Rob ford thread was racking almost 30 pages a day at one point IIRC... it is by far the largest thread on the forum, at least in terms of posts.

Edit: yup, over 63,000 posts on it compared to Trump with an otherwise meagre 10,000.

FYI, page counts are not a good number to go by, as the number of posts per page is something you can edit.

There were tines where people were posting fasted that I could read. Craziness.
