I could also picture an Apple store in the 17th Ave/4th Street proposal.
That would be awesome, and it would also get some of the tourists to leave the CBD.I could also picture an Apple store in the 17th Ave/4th Street proposal.

What year is it? Are they cool again?Abercrombie and Fitch
Save On is .5 block north of 17th, I'd say that counts. Is there even a place on 17th to get an apple now that LP Foods is gone?
If you take a look at their stock price, I'd say yes. What year is it? Are they cool again?
Winners is still on Stephen, same building. Me n my dog go there every week to get her treats. An Apple store in The Core, or on Stephen Ave (Like where Winners used to be) would be nice.
Wish this went recessed balconies and residential when it switched ownersDoesn't look like it, most of the floors are available. It's probably tough to attract smaller tenants when so much of the building is empty, there's just a lack of amenities and services and it's location isn't the most central.

The company I work for took care of the garden (which was gutted) and the new trees should be in by September I believe. Is that space currently an indoor garden? probably full of dead plants since the building is long vacant.
