I talked to one of the sales representatives at the sales office two weeks ago and he said they were at 50%. He also indicated that construction is going to start this fall and that Pinnacle finances everything themselves so they don't need to meet any sales target before starting construction...
If you're traveling within the GTA then you should be fine. So far the only cities that support Mobilicity's network are Toronto, Ottawa, Edmonton, and Vancouver.
With the inception of Wind and Mobilicity, things are looking a lot better. I'm with Mobilicity and everything has been fantastic. Yea, the reception can get spotty but for the price, can't really complain.
